Testimonials

It is incredibly rewarding for me to look back on the person I used to be before I met Bill and the tremendous growth I’ve made in four years.  Friends who have witnessed my progression throw words around like “negative,” “frustrated,” or “uninspired” to describe me back then.  I had many friends but trouble building relationships, I had a job, but no career, and I was alive with no life.  Now I own my own company, am engaged to be married, and have friends I can depend on.  It didn’t happen overnight and it took hard work, but Bill was and continues to be there as my guide and motivator throughout the process of taking the life I had and turning it into the life I want.  Without a doubt, my investment into my work with Bill, both financial and time, continues to be the best investment I have ever made.  It is not an overstatement to say that I owe my career and family to my work with Bill.

When I first met Bill, I had just started my own professional services consulting business.  I wondered if it was wise to take on the expense of coaching services.  I can tell you today it is one of the best investments I’ve ever made.  Professionally, I am much more focused.  I’ve learned to say the words ‘yes’ and ‘no’ confidently and consciously.  I make informed choices about the work I will take on; and now, I truly am doing work that I love.  Bill has been and continues to be part coach, ‘tour guide’, colleague, companion, advisor and friend on this personal and professional journey on which I’ve embarked.  I look forward to each coaching call, as I’ve learned the future really is limitless if I believe in myself and the power of my dreams.

During my initial phone conversation with Bill, I could sense that this person seemed to really "get" where I was coming from...Bill did have a firm grasp of what I wanted and needed. I could tell that I'd make a wise choice having him provide guidance and support during this venture. There was no need to look elsewhere, I knew I had found the right coach. I can't put my finger on it, but I think when you know it's the right connection, you go with it.

Bill helped me work through what I call "the plan". It's more like a roadmap that has helped me every step of the way- from the original idea to the final steps of getting ourselves moved over there. Whenever I could sense an obstacle, I would fall back on my plan and the absolute confidence I had in myself now. I have no doubt, none whatsoever, that I would have faltered if I had not worked with Bill."

"Bill asks questions, questions and more questions!  But it his questioning skills that makes him a most supportive coach.  He led me to new places -- sometimes scary, sometimes well-grounded and always valuable.  I respect his input as he helped me face career-defining questions.  Facing these challenges with an intentional, conscious strategy (thanks to Bill!), I move forward in my career decisions with confidence.  Should I stumble?  I know I can make a call for additional support."
